Read about our tsunami relief effort at
Great Tohoku Kanto Earthquake Tsunami Troubled Waters Mission information site.
A group of Philadelphia and New York volunteers went to Rikuzentakta and Kesennuma from April to August 2011 for the 'Troubled Waters Mission' to help people dig out from the aftermath of the earthquake and tsunami, and have returned in March 2012 as the 'Kesennuma Arts Mission - EGAO' and will be working with senior centers, elementary schools and the Kesennuma Volunteer Center with a series of arts and performance activities to help the spiritual, emotional recovery of those who were touched by the tragedy a year ago.
I am happy to have been able to offer continuing support to the
September 11th Families Association by donating my services for website design and hosting, and assisting in the development of video to increase awareness of the 9/11 tragedy at the World Trade Center since 2001.
The 9/11 families in cooperation with the City of New York have opened the
Tribute WTC Visitor Center, which I also support through web hosting and other probono web services.
